People of Cagayan Valley, there’s a new course in the house!
Isabela State University-Cauayan City Campus is the first university in Region II to welcome a new choice in its roster of courses termed “Bachelor of Science in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing” following the provisions of the Republic Act No. 7722 or “Higher Education Act of 1994” and the CHED Memorandum Order No. 2 Series of 2014.
